As an undergraduate student, I took coursework in Human Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Microbiology, and Global Public Health. In addition, I volunteered in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit and the Heart Failure Readmission Clinic at UNC Rex Hospital. I also served as a Mental Health Ambassador in the Student Health Center's Counseling Center. These experiences culminated in my growing interest in medicine, healthcare, and global public health.

I plan to pursue a consulting career in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry to help improve the patient experience and contribute to the public health field. Following my graduation from the MMB Program, I will begin my role as an Innovation Analyst at RTI Innovation Advisors in RTP, NC.
